Every year, thousands of students in Baton Rouge public schools are identified as performing below grade level in at least one core skill area. Supporting VIPS is a simple way to help close the achievement gap in our community.
Want to make an even greater impact? Consider becoming a monthly donor! Recurring gifts provide steady, reliable support that allows us to plan ahead and reach even more students throughout the year.
Here’s how your donation helps:
$25 – Covers approximately two volunteer background screenings
$50 – Provides a set of easy readers for our EveryBody Reads Reading Bins
$75 – Supplies two dry erase boards and markers for writing practice
$100 – Replenishes or starts a Reading Bin with literacy materials
$1,000 – Welcomes you into our Giving Society, with special recognition and benefits
